    It does depend what you class as obese though. You can be overweight without looking fat, these lines are all rather arbitrary - we're not talking about 20 stone juggernauts in these brackets. What is now classed as overweight we would have considered aspirational 50-100 years ago.

    If I were a betting man, I'd be willing to put down a wod that many of the people in those towns do not prepare their own meals.

    From my own point of view ever since I stopped working in an clients 9-5 office, I lost weight and feel much healthier these days.

    I'm off to practice a bit more piano now.
