He's merely one of many on this project. And to honest the others are equally clueless......

In other news I can see why the Scheme postees are annoyed. Between the lack of appeal resulting in some schemes becoming invalid and the new pay up first appeal later approach HMRC wish to adopt I can see why people are unhappy.

The fact their believed the sellers of magic beans were telling the truth is irrelevant here.
