Indians have a different concept of timekeeping. One (meeting the bob specification) I worked with said it was common in India to wait all day for someone who would constantly reassure you they'll be there in 10 mins and it was a cultural change to stick to agreed times.

Indians have a different concept of timekeeping. One (meeting the bob specification) I worked with said it was common in India to wait all day for someone who would constantly reassure you they'll be there in 10 mins and it was a cultural change to stick to agreed times.

That's not too bad, at my previous gig (in Osterley) the Test Manager strolls in at 11am most days and the so called Technical Test Architect who only lives in Luton rocked up at about 11.30am each day.
