I have coffee for breakfast. A small salad for lunch and a proper meal in the evening. The weight just drops off.

Is this about eating your rival's offspring again? Actually that's a good reason to try and tackle the problem of obesity in children, these fat little bastards taste horrible and must be really bad for your health. I ate one of my neighbour's kids the other day, had to chuck half of it away.

If I eat three normal meals a day I get fat due to spending all day at the PC. I have to skip breakfast (well a bit of fruit or two mid-morning), soup or salad for lunch and then a normal(ish) tea is the only way to stay under 12 and half stone. I could exercise I suppose... So no snacks for me unless I want to end up at 15 stone!
Anorexic.

The snacking debate
Is eating between meals making you fat or do you eat three square meals a day and never eat a bag of pork scratchings.
Poll to follow if I can bothered. Discuss.Tags: None
