Sunday is the first day of three Sunday's on my RFU Level 1 Coaching Certification....if it is anything like last weekend's course I'll spend most of next week recovering from the aches, strains and bruises!

A few beers in front of the telly tonight. Tomorrow, pick up a tansit van. Drive to Liverpool and watch Nickelback. After the concert drive to the flat down near the dome. Sunday - load the van and finish off cleaning the flat and drive the van back to the north west, Empty it and hopefully have it done before United kick off - although I doubt it.
