Last time I was in Harrods it had a tacky Dianna memorial and the remainder of the store resembled a cut down version of the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas. The best item in Harrods is their free carry bags; they are great to put items from the 99p shop in and had them to folks as presents.

To be honest the quality of stuff on the high street isn't great and the supermarkets are no worse or better than other shops in where they source their clothes from and the quality.

Originally posted by Paddy View PostNothing is racist but the clothes that come from Bangladesh are very poor quality, they don’t last, and they are made in the worst sweatshop conditions of the world hence I look at the label; if made in Bangladesh I don’t buy it. That seems to cover most items in Sainsbury’s and Primark.
BTW; I bought very good trousers and a jacket last week both made in UK for less that £100. Damn good quality too.

Maybe you should invest in better washing powder, or learn how to look after your clothes.
