Is this public sector? Nearly all the permies I ever work with seem pretty competent. I can never find anything to complain about with agents either and it isn't as if I'm exactly placid and tolerant, so where am I going wrong? I feel very upset about being left out of the gripes on this board. Is there some reverse of anger management where I can go and learn to be annoyed at people for no obvious reason?
