My GP referred me to ENT at London Bridge Hospital, they used microsuction. the amount of stuff they sucked out .....

A distant friend was diagnosed with a hernia and prescribed Paracetamol. A year later the pain got worse so he went to A&E, he has a cancerous tumour.

this has me thinking. my daughter has hearing problems, some sort of genetic thing. but if this could improve her hearing , even slightly, I would go for it
