It can take a while to "bond with your bricks".
After eight years in my first house I've had every issue/crisis possible (along with copious amounts of £££££, blood, sweat & tears) so it's certainly been a steep learning curve.

Funny you should mention that. Not long after we moved in my daughter was sat in the kitchen in her high chair. She was laughing her head off .
