    It can take a while to "bond with your bricks".

    After eight years in my first house I've had every issue/crisis possible (along with copious amounts of £££££, blood, sweat & tears) so it's certainly been a steep learning curve.

    Funny you should mention that. Not long after we moved in my daughter was sat in the kitchen in her high chair. She was laughing her head off . My wife turned round and asked what she was doing and she said " the lady in the sheet is making me laugh..."

    If you bought the right house then the hairs on the back of your neck would have stood up when you first saw it. Other than that Houses take years to become homes...
