As others have said - can't make a judgement on this with only 20% of the info.
Some people just don't fit in some areas, I am a work chameleon and adapt to whatever is there but some people can't and it just doesn't work out.
Also - I am reaching the point/warchest position where I don't have to put up with major grief so if I find myself working with some of the bellends like those I have in the past, I can walk and not care. I would not do this lightly but will not put up with some things I have before.
It's a very satisfying position to be in !

(And I don't own a bread maker, hand made is just as easy and the no-knead technique means that you can still have fresh bread in the morning.)

It isn't hard. All you have to do is leave a carton of milk on a sunny window sill for a week

I find workplace bullying, racism, and so on is quite common. It rarely impacts me but when its been tried on I have had no problem walking. And walking in the most professional way possible.

I am surprised that a bunch of professional contractors don’t understand this stuff.

    What's a healthy "cerial"?

All food is fine in moderation.

Unfortunately most of us don't understand what moderation is or more likely are just a greedy pig.
