    Played with my new HRM.

    Parkrun Saturday a.m. (5k) - Avg 187, max 195 - I think I should be dead.
Cycle Saturday evening (20k), Avg 157, max 181 - looks a bit more sustainable.
Longer (slower) run Sunday (8k), Avg 175, max 187. Was done in. Had a kip to recover. Hoping to attempt a 10K in a couple of weeks, but at the moment seems ambitious.

Went to see old friend and his two young kids Sunday p.m. - super cute babies.

Fancied roast dinner, so cooked chicken, cowpat stuffing (Was supposed to be balls, but they collapsed), Yorkshire puddings, spuds, carrots. peas and gravy, washed down with a nice Pinot Grigio.

Wine's all gone now, so thinking early night... Zzzzzz.

Ended up going to the polo final at cowdray park. Pimms, funny hats, tight dresses and loads of champers in the sun all day. I need a lie down.

DR testing, been waiting 3 hrs for it to start. I'll have my chance to spring into action soon and do my 10mins. At least I can do it fromhoome and it's not an all nighter.

Sold the vxr8 yesterday, so now gonna concentrate of the modded Mazda 6 MPS, and maybe fit some H & R springs to make it lower. Maybe install Versatuner if I get the license tomorrow, and flash a tune. Then driving on the roads to let the tune settle

We were driving through the Welsh countryside when my little girl said, "Look at that strange animal daddy, man at the back, sheep at the front."
Just got back from Heidelberg where I've been sitting in 32 degree sunshine ogling and now look like a ripe strawberry. Now off to the pub for a meal followed by a spot of Kegeling and then back to the pub. Biergarten tomorrow in 35 degree sunshine and more ogling (this time without Frau D. to punch me.) Sunday, relaxing on the balcony and cooking a Vindaloo goulash.
