Why don't you just learn the frequencies?

Maybe I will, but you can't learn it without knowing it first which is where this all started - I wanted to listen to a station I'd never listened to before.

Nowhere (I can see) does it tell you what bloody frequency it transmits on! Not for R1, R2, R4 or R5 anyway. It's all iPlayer Radio crap for streaming over t'internet. Which is fine, great, streaming is wonderful... but don't you think their website might tell us how to listen to radio on the radio?!
