I'm currently in the quagmire with HMRC at the moment. I made a mistake with last year's P35, and corrected it. Trouble is it turns out you have to submit the changes required, not the absolute figures. So it now thinks I owe them £4000.
The annoying thing is I was due a tax refund of £1500 in the last few weeks. The 'stards have noticed a £4000 deficit on my account and used the money to credit that instead

Oh and cocking up my CT600, year end was 27th February 2012, tried to change it to the 28th as all spreadsheets run to the last day of the month, but it went through as 1st March to the 28th Feb 2013 so I missed out the 28th and 29th Feb 2012
