Never got on with programming, never had the aptitude for it so never persuade it happy to stick with Change, Release and Config Management as its one of the few area's that seem to be Bob proof these days
I wouldn't bet on that - current client, that part has been off-shored.
Off-shore developers aren't allowed access to the source control system, but they are responsible for change management and the release "process".
