    I wouldn't bet on that - current client, that part has been off-shored.

    Off-shore developers aren't allowed access to the source control system, but they are responsible for change management and the release "process".

    Anyone see the issue with that idea?

    The problem is that people meet you and instantly decide that they don't want to work for you.

    However americans are often too polite to tell you to f*** off so they just pretend to be crap instead.
