I know that the previous four days I've had extremely sweaty bollocks with the temperature on my balcony reaching 34 at one point, which is the point where I said '**** this' and went and had a kip in the bath.

Meeting in the NW, on its hottest day, in a room with 12 men, and their 12 computers, with no A/C, the room the size for meetings with 8 people.

I was drifting in the afternoon, heard myself snore at one point, came back to the hotel and slept for 2 hours, woken only by the skype call to the kids. Now back from two very ciy cold Gin and Tonics and one Magniers. Going to repeat the whole thing tomorrow, with the added bonus of a 220 mile drive afterwards.

I love summer, but days like today really blow.

And the outside temperature is still slightly above 28°C. Not complaining

It's not often Scotland is warmer than other parts of the country but two days in a row is good going and set to last.
