    I think recession is not yet over and as a self-employed I am certainly feeling it. People however are used to it now. that many doesn't notice the difference.

    Friend of mine have had their house on the market for about 3 years, hardly a sniff (it's priced at 2007 boom prices).

    Today, cash buyer offered full asking price.

    Seems the funny money is making it's way into the real economy.

    So therefore, I today proclaim this as ground zero for the coming Boom!
