Would a dinosaur have an accent?

Would “rawr?” be said by Australian & teenage dinosaurs, and “rawr!” by over-enthusiastic American ones? Would an English dinosaurs go “<polite cough> Rawr" or would they just tut loudly and queue up ready to kill?
