    I think it's a brilliant idea. Why not paint some foliage on it to help it blend in (or a trompe l'oeil of burnt out cars, fridges and sofas, if you really want to piss off the neighbours)

    Depends if you want a premium for a self-contained hovel, or rather have 4 immigrants with their 9 non-paying "guests" in those extra rooms.

    BTW in London and even Slough the immigrants can come from Eastern Europe or Africa and aren't necessarily Bobs. The main issue is the lack of formal paperwork.
