It's simple a method to get the business to agree what everyone has produced is what they want.

One example I heard of recently was tester driven development. The tester was acting as scrum master even though he had no experience.

I am sure no one will notice, there are no mistakes in Agile, just their version of it.

Been there, done that. Any excuse to avoid paying. Golden rule I learned from painful experience and have since heard from a few very successful entrepreneurs; don't work for a startup unless it's your own startup.
