Possibly: a half-completed responsive site (with main emphasis on tablets); the two permies who did the work left, so nobody knows how it works/doesn't work. I anticipate many hours in the debugger, although they also seem to be contemplating the idea of scrapping chunks of what they have and starting again, if necessary.
