    Degrees tell you they put up with inane and out of date theories for 3 years and still produced the goods. Perfect for dealing with most of middle management.

    I can't be arsed to look but I'm sure a remember there being a certain forum member who recommended customised CVs for each rule he was applying for.

    Thank fook for that. I've changed one of my roles from perm to contract & given to an agency. Lo and behold all of a sudden I've started getting resumes that actually match my job description.

    The downside was, when I looked at the closest matching candidates linkedIn profile he didn't actually have any of the skills I'd asked for on there but funnily enough did on his resume.

    Fookin agents.
