I wouldn't employ him. He's a massive security risk. What he did isn't technically clever enough to employ him like you would some hackers.

2:00-ish p.m – Facebook updates, LinkedIn
4:30 p.m. – End-of-day update e-mail to management

So is that a typical day of one of you home working developers then? And what is it with cat videos?

They say they fired him, but I hope they kept the outsourced team who were clearly better than their own people.

Why the **** wouldn't you put him in charge? He's clearly smart and able to recruit and manage offshore teams, just what the modern IT dept is crying out for.
