Realistically if they were to ever try again they would lack the element of surprise necessary to overrun the airfield which is their only chance of holding the island. With that intact we could build up our forces quickly.

If the Argies did manage to occupy the Falklands and if, for either military or political/diplomatic reasons, Britain was unable to reoccupy them it would obviously be disastrous for whichever party was in power.
Also, from a practical standpoint, it would also be a big blow to our arms exports because other countries would naturally use the "physician heal thyself" argument.

Could be just a usual review, could be something else - no doubt whatever is done the Argentinians will see it as provocative
It is understood that additional troops, another warship and extra RAF Typhoon combat aircraft could be dispatched to the region ahead of the March referendum on the Falkland Islands’ future

It is understood an extra warship, another RAF Tycoon combat aircraft and further troops could be dispatched to the region ahead of the March referendum over whether the islands remain part of the UK.
According to the Sunday Telegraph, the options being proposed by planners at the Permanent Joint Headquarters in Northwood, London, include conducting naval exercises in the region.

I worked for a start up about 10 years ago, the marketing director had a sniff of sale with an Argentinian company and some female rep from the place comes over to check the business and to tie up a deal, he ends up taking her out to an Argentinian steak house. Company went bust 2 year later.
