There just isn't enough happening for 24 hour rolling news, so they have to rattle on about one thing for a long time before the next thing happens.

If you would like to try there is always the 100 burpee challenge - I think some of the guys (not me!) were getting times around 6 or 7 minutes.

WHS. As do people talking about them. And people who talk very loudly about their bloody skiing holidays.

Oh, another thing. After a long , hard, session there is nothing more annoying than going back to the changing room to find that (no matter how many other lockers are taken) somebody will be using the locker immediately above/below/next to yours and you find you have another work out in the shape of ducking under outstretched appendages to get to your clothing.
Ah, so it was you losing the plot at me, effing and jeffing, spitting in my face, telling me to f-off over a locker the other day??

You were terminated by the management before you had the chance to resign

Too much of a coincidence as my gym is also infested with the personal trainers..... Thankfully the largest gym in Europe, so plenty of kit to go around, but I did get hacked off when given the hello matey talk by one of the scum while working out on the cross-trainer.....

On the plus side, given the amount of totty around here the view would probably be quite good!
