Why would you assume he's lying?Originally posted by MyUserName View PostJust when I thought nothing was happening and had started to email agencies looking for a new contract the agent tells me that a renewal is coming when they paperwork is sorted, I assume he is lying and continue looking around and then the client confirms that they want me to renew again!

More of the same, I have done some work on WPF and HTML5 so I was going to go on some courses for them to make sure I had the basics grasped so I could justify sticking them on my cv.Originally posted by doomage View Post
What courses were you looking at? More of the same or a change in direction?
I have been meaning to make a list of potential direction changes but have not got around to it. My hobby does not have a professional division unless you have manuafacturing skills and then there is not a lot of money in it and huge competition from East Europe and India. All I have come up with so far is the standard owning a buy to let house but having looked into it a little, it does not seem to be the easy cash cow it first seemed!

BOOOMED!

That should take me through Christmas to next year and allow the war chest to increase, which is nice. Although I was actually looking forward to taking a month or two off and sending myself on some courses before attacking the market again.Tags: None
