Good. Precisely the sort of self interested "aid" that China is now supplying to Africa with considerable benefit to some African GDPs. Proper trade does far more good than a lot of idealistic measures like mosquito nets etc that only boost the population and do nothong to address real economic problems.this is a form of government support to UK companies
