With ladies shirts it's easy top to bottom as they generally start a bit lower and you just do up the top and work down.

Wearing more formal men's type shirts is far more fraught as I tend to leave tohe top 2 buttons undone and the possibility of getting it wrong is high and far from look smart I can end up looking like I've been dragged though a hedge.

Ladies' blouses should surely be designed to accomodate the breasts. .

No, but it's hard with button up tops and I'm sure many women would agree. If I can find one that will do up over that area, it's too big everywhere else.

Top to bottom in the winter.
