for a short while but then someone told them about IR35 and they ended up just talking about that all day long while dossing around on some forum talking about the good old days when rates fairly matched their genius. The productivity is now just 14% of when they started. When will it end? I interviewed a 'bob' a few years ago who had just finished his MSC in advanced computer techniques blah blah. He had finished his course and was given a highly skilled migrant visa to work here. I have to say he didnt seem to know what he had done in his MSC course. He was extremely poor in all subjects of computer science and his asking salary was around 18K.
