Than a takeaway, no doubt. Healthier than a fry-up, I don't think so. As long as you don't fry it in "healthy" vegetable oil, which is only healthy for the manufacturers' bank balances.

Just finished the second bottle of wine and about to nuke last night's curry followed by the trifle I made on Saturday. Found a local place that does an excellent fry up so that's brekkie sorted tomorrow.
