I see myself as 'buying time' when I'm working. So, for example, a week worked and money earned is like being able to afford a month off work at some point in the contract (at current expense rate). Of course, realistically I have virtually no chance of time off given the growing family... but it's nice to dream and that motivates me to drag myself into the cess pit each day.

Put all your warchest on black or red at the casino. If your colour comes up, WINNER! You double you money.Originally posted by escapeUK View PostDont want to be here, dont need to work as I have far too much money in the bank. How do I motivate myself? Ive even counted the weeks so I can check them off.
Else, you'll find motivation for seeing the contract out.

Erm. Probably best not to mention this. This is actually what Suity is employed to do.Originally posted by mudskipper View PostI draw 8 squares, and divide each into four. Every fifteen minutes, I colour in a segment.
Sometimes, 30 or 45 minutes passed and I get to colour in two or three in one go. Those are good days.
On the other hand, sometimes each segment has to be further divided to give me something to look forward to.
