Even as a contractor, it is nice to get a pat on the back occasionally, especially at renewal time.

Praise !!

Was told at the end of last week by our Head Of that I am regarded as being one of the most effective and looked up to PMs in my applications dev team of about 25 - nice to get feedback like that every once in a while

Handy with renewal hopefully forthcoming over next couple weeks...may sneek in a rate rise request...
