There was a certain chap in a certain Swiss Bank in Equities who was like this with the boss and the traders but if it was very late or very early in the morning and they weren't around and he though that you were of no consequence he would get verbally abusive towards you. A vile, two faced person who moved to a French bank.

Had a female boss once who insisted I 'service' her in return for an extension, once I realised she was serious I was happy to oblige on several occasions.

One of the other director's of the company was her husband and I'm sure he knew about this but didn't seem to object and we often socialised together.

There were other perks too. Instead of putting me up in a hotel during the week I was there she rented a flat for me (I guess that was the discretion thing), got paid for weekends so I didn't have to fly home but didn't do anything except make use of her office desk.
