Don't bother coming in next week

Apparently we are having a rehearsal for the olympics, everyone has been told to work from home for next week. Just as well they got my IT kit sorted today.

Mind you, I only found out at lunch time since no-one had though to pass on the instructions to the new guy!

Saves a train fare if nothing else and I get to avoid the Jubilee madness as well.
