    I've just had a call from Orange about upgrading my phone. Told them to fook off and stop pestering me as Im on OVP tarrif from years ago, paying 3 quid a month.

    WTF do I want to change to a new contract costing 30 quid a month instead?

    Yes they can as its less than the RPI figure.

    Orange did this successfully last year so all the networks are doing it this year.
