Actually, people are dismissing Norway as a side England should have beaten with a team of one-legged lesbian dwarves, but they are decent, so it's a good result.
Gerrard should have been sent off mind. That was dangerous. If Joey Barton had done it we'd never have heard the last of it. Gerrard's got a bit of form for doing that, but also for getting away with it.
