    For the first time in a while I have nothing that I actually must do outside of work. Work is fairly light as well at the moment as well.

    I don't think it's age - I think it's lifestyle management.

    I've three kids - oldest 20, youngest 14. The zoo phase is long since passed.

    I was lucky in that I replaced my train commute with a cycle. It takes about the same time.

    Go to client, get home late, knackered - just dont have time to do anything at all. By 10pm I'm falling asleep on the sofa.

    Perhaps its called getting old (in my 40s).
