Some good news - I was cheesed off as I had not locked the shed. The neighbours had locked theirs - the lock was ripped apart.

He needs a fake shed. He should have a shed that looks like a shed but in reality is a rose bush. The rose bush should really be a shed.Originally posted by xoggoth View PostIf a burglar can find the key in your shed you clearly don't have enough crap in there. If all the children in your area have bikes, he was probably falling behind.
Take it up with him on Sunday morning (if you can actually get him to communicate with an adult...)
Remember, The Good Lord Giveth, and the Good Lord Taketh Away.

You leave a spare key in the shed???Originally posted by BrilloPad View PostFound we had been burgled today - they left my expensive race bike but nicked the two rubbish bikes.
They found our spare front door key in the shed and tried it in the back door.
Don't they give the kids proper burglar lesons these days?
I have been in touch with my security consultant - the type of guy who keeps a "weapon" in every room. I will be purchasing several legal bits and pieces over the next few days.
