For all the people who don't connect to agents or have the "privacy for your contacts" option ticked you do realise that LinkedIn has recruitment packages that give recruiters access to the entire LinkedIn database!!! Remember if you are not paying for a service you are the product. I think packages start from about £4000 a year.
