Indeed - although I am carving a small niche in migration away to another product

Well having checked it out - in the past 12 years I've had 5 weeks of no contract work! It was pretty bad before 15th June 2000 for me though!!

Things seem to have picked up a bit over the past couple of days. I'm in for a few things now. A little more hopeful at getting something after this with little down time between this one ending and the next starting. I've had no down time over the past 4 years and only 2 weeks of non contract time since june 2006, so I've not done too bad!

Only if you prevent your connections from seeing one another.

I got my last gig via linkedin and connect with pimps. saves you contacting them to tell them your available.

It seems a lot more gigs are being advertised on LinkedIn.

For all the people who don't connect to agents or have the "privacy for your contacts" option ticked you do realise that LinkedIn has recruitment packages that give recruiters access to the entire LinkedIn database!!! Remember if you are not paying for a service you are the product. I think packages start from about £4000 a year.
