    Tonight - Picking up the artwork investment I bought last weekend from the gallery and getting a taxi back home with it.

    Weekend - Heading back to RG senior's place with the girlfriend and seeing other family in and around the cotswolds.

    Try using something as a "barrier" between the pastry and the duxelle. Quite common to use very thin savoury crepes.
