Surely running out of alcohol shows the following:-

1) inability to accurately estimate
2) inability to provide complete risk assessments (see 1).
3) inability to delegate

And I'm sure I've missed a few items off the list. Call yourself a (actually what exactly do you call yourself apart from SY01 slightly more competent cousin)?
