It is a recognised condition and a leading psychologist in Australia has even written a book on it called "the princess b**chface syndrome" as well as many other books such as "surviving adolescence".

The problem is caused by loving parents in many parts of the developed world, which is why it is so prevalent in society as women with the trait completely missing may have suffered from severe child neglect or abuse. Even such abuse sometimes isnt enough to offset the negative influence from society.
Throughout a girls adolescence, she is protected and nurtured as 'daddy's princess', while a boy is seen as 'mummy's soldier'. This has a detrimental effect to their development as women are regarded as weaker and inferior, or not entirely cop-able of their actions or less likely to have malice in their hearts than boys. Big boys dont cry and deal with their own problems, daddy's girl makes mistakes but has someone always cleaning up after her so she doesnt have to face the consequences of her actions. Call it a free ride if you will. Society re-enforces this on it's matrifocal approach.
That is why a woman can get away with going through her partners phone, threatening others and assaulting a man, all she would be called is perhaps jealous, perhaps felt pity for going through someone cheating on her in the past and then others would instantly say that somehow the man deserved the slap perhaps because he stayed out at the pub.
So consider the following, if a man did the EXACT same thing; went through his partners phone, threatened others to stay away from her and assaulted his girlfriend. He would be called a paranoid control freak, who used threats to dominate a woman making her mentally unwell and is a monster that should be locked up for assaulting a weaker and inferior woman. He wouldnt be so lucky as to just be called a big bag of crazy or be commended by his friends for slapping her as "she must have deserved it". No, such a sentence is only uttered by a woman and her friends. Instead, he would be spending at least one night in jail, if he was that lucky!
Now some of you may be thinking, this all sounds derogatory towards women, but it isnt. Anyone who thinks that is sexist themselves as they see women as weaker or inferior people just because of their gender. That is wrong.
