I've accepted quite a few requests from agents on linkedIN and my hobby is looking through their CV's to see which arts degree they've chosen.
I'd say over 50% have come from a music background into small locals sales then into corporate sales and finally into IT recruitment.
as for the pictures - I've sometimes wondered if there's a bit of "honey pot" going on as the target candidate is generally a 30+ male...
