    Maximum transaction value is £15.

    I've got one, but not on a debit card - I think that would be pushing it, security wise. Mine is a Mastercard so that gives much better protection against fraud.

    Every few transactions, then you need to enter a PIN, and there is a limit of transaction size.

    Spain has just introduced contactless ATMs, where you still have to enter the PIN.
