Thank you.
Diesel @ 45mpg £1.40 per litre = £3535.85
Diesel @ 50mpg £1.40 per litre = £3182.26

Accountant as that's what I think you mean. It generally works out to be roughly the same cost from my experience in paying for an accountant all year on a monthly basis (and therefore having good financial advice throughout the year when needed) or if you intend to do a one off end of year accounts sending all invoices/receipts/spreadsheets to them and they bill you on a per hour basis. Seeings as accountancy fees are a valid business expense it seems odd that you as a business are considering not having sound financial advice available throughout the year, especially as you are new to operating and running a company and therefore are far more likely to screw up. My advice would be have an accountant all year and once you feel you are comfortable with everything that is required/expected of running a company then you can do it yourself in a few years time. Better safe than sorry.

What is the cost of petrol and diesel where you live?
DO you own a calculator and a pencil? work it out.
next time ask sensible questions in the relevant thread (such as accountacy perhaps?), ask questions you dont mind if you get a stupid answer for in General.
wibble.
