In the frozen north west, it's a balmy 2 dec C today. Some of the softies have put a proper short sleeved t shirt on instead of the proper glaswegian sleeveless job. Must be feeling the cold, poor wee lambs.

Proper weedgies are insulated by years of eating scotch pies and deep fried porridge.

12 degrees in my home office. Quite happy and warm in my jumper, apart from my toes. Slippers have fallen apart and been thrown out... wonder if I can put new ones as a Business Expense...

Pretty average for the time of year though, unlike the last few years. Great day yesterday. Anyone see last night's "Will it snow" programme, where the MET office said they predicted last years' Siberian temperatures. Err, that's not how I saw it. Anyway, a chap there said they can't predict it this year, long term weather forecasting is left to amateurs whose forecasts read like horoscopes, i.e. can't be falsified.

36 degrees in Leeds this morning according to the car...

Car does temp in Fahrenheit tho, if I change it to centigrade it changes the speedo to km/h and I can't cope with that...

Temperatures plummeted to a jaw-dropping 8 degrees last night down here on the south coast.
Might have got colder after I went to bed mind you.
