    Shocking and worrying, but not surprising to someone who's tested systems in a major bank.

    My PB is 51.05m, achieved at a meet at Loughborough University when I was 21. Didn't throw for several years and am now battling around the 48 metre mark, hoping to mange 50 metres again which would probably win me a national masters (40+ mens) medal next summer.
