    Surely that's when a contract is at its most challenging - When you have to master a new system, and find some way to achieve a quick win in the first week or two (assuming the twats have provided a login etc)

    The last time I did that journey the bit from the M25 to Hemel was a nightmare in rush hour. Unless you stay over its going to be a very painful journey.
