As others have said - get a wheel along, looks like no-one carries them in here.
BUT - your body is more than capable of carrying that weight over long distances, especially properly supported in a backpack. You just need to give it time to adapt to the increased requirement, couple of weeks should do and you will feel better for it/use more calories etc
In other words - man up woman.....

thats a £1,600 laptop, hubby should have recommend a Lenovo Thinkpad X220, also a core i7 processor but over 1/3 lighter, far better for your needs IMO
